Why Choose Us for Your Botanical Extract Needs

Manufacturing and Quality Control Since 2003

Founded in 2003, Hovane develops and manufactures botanical extracts in Sichuan, China. Our quality controls cover raw material qualification, in-process inspection, finished-product testing, batch release and traceability. Each production batch is tested against the agreed product specification before release.

A batch-specific COA, Specification/TDS and SDS are available. Additional product-specific documents, such as process flow information, allergen statements, pesticide residue data and residual solvent information, can be provided where applicable. Independent third-party testing can be arranged upon request.

Innovative Research & Development

Drawing on more than two decades of experience in phytochemistry and botanical processing, Hovane’s R&D work connects plant chemistry with reproducible manufacturing and customer-specific product requirements. Our technical team develops and optimizes extraction, separation, purification and formulation processes for standardized powder extracts, liquid extracts and high-purity plant-derived compounds.

Based on the target compounds, intended application and processing needs, we can evaluate assay and composition, solubility or dispersibility, particle size, bulk properties and dosage form. Supported by laboratory and pilot-scale facilities, suitable projects can progress from small-scale trials and sample evaluation to pilot verification and commercial production. Each request is reviewed individually for technical feasibility, raw-material availability, quality-control requirements, MOQ and lead time.
